Pineapple Cole Slaw
Cole Slaw with an island twist
Ingredients
- Dressing
- 0.25 cup cider vinegar
- 1 cup mayonnaise
- 0.333333 cup honey
- 2 teaspoons kosher salt
- 1 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper
- Coleslaw
- 4 pounds shredded coleslaw mix
- 1 pound pineapple, drained, chopped or crushed
Instructions
- Combine the shredded cabbage, carrots and green onions with the drained crushed pineapple.
- Mix the vinegar, honey, mayonnaise, salt and pper together to make the dressing.
- Dress the cabbage mix with the dressing until well coated.
- Refrigerate below 40° and allow flavors to marry for at least 1 hour.
