Quick and Easy Poke Tacos

Ingredients
- 1 pound Ahi poke, flavor of choice
- Gyoza wraps
- Avocado
- Seaweed salad
- Sriracha mayo
Instructions
- Make the taco shells using a saucepan and fill it with either canola or vegetable oil. Bring oil to 350 Degrees F and use tongs to carefully fry one side of a gyoza wrap. Alternate it to the other side forming a shell until golden brown. Repeat with 4-5 gyoza wraps.
- Cut the avocado into medium-thin slices.
- Fill each shell with an avocado slice, seaweed salad, ahi poke, and top it with sriracha sauce.
- Place on a serving plate or platter and enjoy!
