Crispy Chicken Skin Poke Nachos

Ingredients
- 1 pound Foodland Poke, any flavor
- 1 bag Foodland's Fried Chicken Skin
- Kewpie Mayo
- Unagi sauce
- Furikake
- Green onions (optional)
Instructions
- Place chicken skin on plate, leaving room in the center for poke.
- Place poke on top of the chicken skin, in the center.
- Drizzle unagi sauce and kewpie mayo over the poke and chicken skin.
- Optional: Torch mayo for a nice roasted flavor.
- Garnish with furikake and/or chopped green onions.
