Soursop Smoothie

The sweet and tangy taste of soursop is the star of this recipe. Made with just four ingredients, this refreshing and creamy smoothie is packed with vitamins and antioxidants. Substitute kale with strawberries for a sweeter smoothie.

  • 16 ounces Frozen Soursop Pulp(roughly 1 whole fruit, seeds removed)
  • 1 cup frozen Pineapple Chunks
  • 1 cup Coconut Water, Coconut milk or Oat Milk
  • 4 Kale leaves(for a Healthier green smoothie)
  • or
  • 1 cup frozen strawberries(for a sweeter smoothie)


  1. Add ingredients to blender.
  2. Blend until smooth.
  3. Serve.
