Ingredients  

  • Crispy Skin Salmon
  • 3 tablespoons Neutral-flavored Oil, plus more as needed(Vegetable, Grapeseed or Peanut)
  • 1.5 pounds Salmon filet, Skin on
  • 1 lemon
  • 1 lime
  • 1 cup Shoyu or Tamari
  • 0.125 cup mirin
  • Salt and Pepper, as needed
  • Choi Sum with Oyster Sauce
  • 1 bunch choi sum(or about 6 pieces baby Bok Choy)
  • 1 teaspoon sesame oil
  • 2 tablespoons oyster sauce
  • Quick Cucumber Namasu
  • 1 1 large Cucumber
  • 2 tablespoons Granulated Sugar
  • 0.125 cup rice wine vinegar(plus 2 tablespoons)
  • 1 teaspoon toasted sesame seeds
