Spicy Crab Cups

Ingredients
- 1/2 pound Spicy imitation crab
- 3 packs Nori (Maika'i Wasabi Flavor)
- 2 packs Microwave white rice (Or 2-3 cups of white rice in a traditional rice cooker or sushi rice)
- 1 Cucumber
- 1 Avocado
Instructions
- Lay each square of nori in a muffin pan and then place the rice on top. Add a slice of avocado, a slice of cucumber, and a scoop of spicy crab.
- Garnish with unagi sauce, kewpie, and sriracha.
- For extra flavor, you can lightly sear the top with a cooking torch until the kewpie begins to bubble and sprinkle sesame seeds on top.
