Blood Orange Raspberry Fizz
- 1 bottle Maika`i Blood Orange Sparkling Lemonade
- 1 pint Raspberry sorbet
- 1 basket Fresh raspberries
- 1 basket Fresh blackberries
- 1 bunch Fresh mint
- Prepare the berries ahead of time by freezing them for at least 4 hours or overnight.
- Gather 4 wine glasses onto a flat surface. Portion 3 small scoops of raspberry sorbet into each glass.
- Pour the Maika'i Blood Orange Sparkling Lemonade over the sorbet.
- Top each glass with about 5 of each berry and garnish with a mint sprig. Serve immediately.
