Korean Spicy Pork with Pajeori (Green Onion Salad)

Ingredients

- 1.5 pound Pork Loin(cut into 1/4 in. slices)
- 0.25 cup canola oil
- header Marinade
- 0.25 cup rice wine vinegar
- 2 tablespoon soy sauce
- 0.5 cup gochu jang(Korean chili paste)
- 3 tablespoon garlic, minced
- 3 tablespoon fresh ginger, minced
- 1 tablespoon red pepper flakes(add more to taste)
- 0.5 teaspoon Black Pepper
- 3 tablespoon white sugar
- 3 green onions(cut into 2 in. pieces)
- 0.5 yellow onion(cut into 1/4 in. thick pieces)

- 1 cup green onions(finely sliced)
- header Dressing
- 2 tablespoon soy sauce
- 2 tablespoon water
- 1 tablespoon sugar
- 1 tablespoon sesame oil
- 1 teaspoon sesame seeds, toasted
- 0.5 teaspoon Korean Chili Flakes
- 2 teaspoon rice wine vinegar
- 1 teaspoon garlic, finely chopped

- 1 teaspoon white sesame seeds, toasted
- 0.5 cup kim chee cucumbers
Instructions
- Stir together the vinegar, soy sauce, gochu jang, garlic, ginger, red pepper flakes, black pepper, sugar, green onions, and yellow onion in a large bowl.
- Mix in the pork slices, mixing well until completely coated.
- Place into a Ziploc plastic bag, squeeze out any excess air, seal, and marinate in the refrigerator at least 3 hours or overnight.
- While pork is marinating make the salad dressing. Stir together soy sauce, water, sugar, sesame oil, chili flakes, rice vinegar and garlic. Set aside.
- Heat the canola oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.
- Cook pork slices in batches until no longer pink in the center, and lightly browned on the outside.
- When all the pork is done cooking. Quickly mix the green onions and salad dressing together.
- Serve spicy pork with the green onion salad, kim chee cucumbers on the side and garnish with toasted sesame seeds.
