  • 2 Everything Bagels(split & toasted)
  • 4 ounces smoked salmon
  • 4 ounces cream cheese
  • 0.125 onion(thinly sliced)
  • 2 tablespoons capers
  • Optional(lemon and/or dill for garnish)


  1. Spread cream cheese to the toasted bagel bottom halves. 
  2. Top with sliced smoked salmon, capers and red onions. Optional: Ganish with lemon and/or dill. 
  3. Place the bagel tops on, cut in half and serve.
